The Ashburn Xtreme National Championship Teams, U 16 AA 1 and U 18 AA 1, recieved special recognition from the Board of Supervisors in the Loudoun County Government by recieving the following resolution which was presented to both teams on July 20, 2021.  It read the following :

“Resolution commending Ashburn Xtreme Hockey on their 16U AA and 18U AA Hockey Tier II National Championship Titles. Both groups were led to Nationals by coach Gary Pouliot during the 2020-2021 season. The Ashburn Xtreme Hockey U16 AA won the USA Hockey Tier II National Champions competition in Grand Rapids, Michigan on May 3, 2021, with a score of 5-4 against the Rogue Warriors. Meanwhile, Ashburn Xtreme Hockey U18 AA won the USA Hockey Tier II National Champions competition in Green Bay, Wisconsin on May 3, 2021, with a score of 4-1 against the Northern Cyclones.” Read the resolution here: https://bit.ly/3hT7Lak
