Membership / Registration

After all 2010-11 tryouts are completed on June 14, each team will offer roster spots to 16-20 players.  The exact number of spots will vary per team, but for a guideline the Xtreme will consist of at least 14 players and two goalies per team.   Parents will then be given a registration package which must be filled out and postmark by June 21, 2010.  Failure to do so, could result in losing your roster slot for the 2010-2011 season.  Included in this package, the Parents will be required to do the following:

1.  Submit three checks which will cover the total cost for their son/daughter to play for the AXHC for the 2010-11 season.

2.  The first check will be a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT CHECK OF $1000.

3.  The second check will be dated August 15, 2010 for the first installment (Team fee minus $1000, then divide by 2)

4.  The third check will be dated October 1, 2010 for the final installment (Team fee minus $1000, then divide by 2)

All three checks will be mailed to the AXHC Post Office Box, (Ashburn Xtreme, POBOX 1850, Ashburn, Virginia, 20146) along with the items from this registration packet.  Failure to mail all three checks will result in loss of AXHC roster slot.

The installments are differant for each age group, but for finanicial planning the following will be the total cost for each age group for the 2010-11 season:

Mites (02)          $2,150

Squirts (01/00)    $2,430

Pee Wees (99/98) $3,270

Bantams(97/96)    $3,270

Midgets (95/94)     $2,700

Goalies are given a $500 discount at each age group.    For those families with more than one AXHC participant, the full amount is required for the oldest child.  The second child is subject to a $400 discount, the third child is subject to a $600 discount and the fourth child is subject to a $800 discount.
