| The following is a tentative line-up and tryout schedule for the 2010-2011 Ashburn Xtreme Hockey Club. |
| This document is to be used for planning purposes only. All changes (if required) to this schedule will be |
| updated on the AXHC website at www.ashburnxtreme.org and emailed to all team members from last season |
| and all those that pre-register online for this years tryouts. |

| * The AXHC will put forth two U-16 teams again this season. No preference will be given to |
| birth year in the U-16 tryouts, as those selected will be based on talent. * |

| As the youth hockey landscape changes, the AXHC may choose to alter |
|
| its team line-up. All teams will be picked according to talent, with no special attention given to |
| returning players or those who have parents that volunteer within our club. Our tryouts are open to |
| all those wishing to get an excellent Tier II Travel Hockey experience. Our commitment to provide |
| excellent coaches and the greatest amount of practice ice time while limiting games and unneccesary |
| travel are just a few of the staples that make the AXHC the premier Tier II organization |
| in the Southeastern District. |

| The AXHC reserves the right to alter the stated plans for the upcoming season and any future seasons. |
| It is the goal of the AXHC to offer straight birth year teams from Mite to Bantam, but quantity and |
| quality of players at tryouts may dictate otherwise. |

| The Ashburn Xtreme Hockey Club will offer online registration for tryouts. |
|
| The online registration system is now open and available via the AXHC |
|
| website at www.ashburnxtreme.org |
|
|

|

| All online registrations will require a valid credit card. |
|
|
| The online registration also has a check paying option. |

| Late Registration (After May 31st, 2010): Online or at the check in table: $119 |

| Notice To All Returning Players |
|
|
|
| |
|
|
|
|
| All returning AXHC members must attend the June tryouts . If necessary, |
|
| August tryouts will be held for players new to the area (if space exists) but will not be open to |
| last seasons AXHC members unless cleared in advance by the Hockey Director and Executive Director. |
| Any player who is selected for an AXHC team during the June tryouts, and who does not commit |
| to the AXHC prior to June 21, will not be eligible for August tryouts unless cleared by the Hockey |
| Director and Executive Director. |

| * All players must register and try out at their birth year. A player trying out for a birth year other |
| then his/her own will be removed from tryouts. |
